These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alphascanner mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Alphascanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Alphascanner is a document scanning and productivity application that allows users to scan documents, generate PDFs, read QR codes, organize files, and manage scanned content using their mobile device. Alphascanner provides productivity tools only and does not guarantee document accuracy, OCR accuracy, or scanning results, which may vary depending on device, lighting, and image quality.
Subscriptions & Payments
Alphascanner may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features such as advanced scanning tools, file exports, enhanced organization, or additional usage limits. Subscription Details • Title: Alphascanner Premium • Length: Weekly, Monthly, and/or Annual • Price: Displayed at the time of purchase in the App Store checkout flow Billing Terms • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time by going to: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Free Trials
If a free trial is provided: • Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. • Free trials are limited to one per user unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use Alphascanner for unlawful purposes • Upload or scan content you do not have the rights to • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app • Abuse or interfere with the app’s functionality
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for: • Reviewing scanned documents before saving, exporting, or sharing • Ensuring scanned content complies with local laws and regulations • Managing their own data backups
Intellectual Property
All software, content, branding, design, and features of Alphascanner are the exclusive property of Alphascanner or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Alphascanner is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • OCR accuracy • QR scan accuracy • Data recovery • Compatibility with all file formats
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphascanner shall not be liable for: • Loss of data • Misuse of scanned files • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Alphascanner after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
